Vehicle and Business Partners

  • We reserve the right to use our vehicles, a business partner’s vehicle or another operator for all tours advertised on our website. It’s our duty to make sure all vehicles used by us and our contractors are roadworthy. If in any case there is a breakdown or mechanical fault while on tour, we will provide another vehicle for rescue.

Bookings and Cancellation

  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours or less to the travel time will result in a 100% loss of fare.
    100% loss of fare if you don’t show up on the day of tour.
    50% refund if the cancellation is made within 24 – 48 hours to the start of the tour.
    Note: The ‘7-day change of mind guarantee’ does not apply for Tour bookings – Tour bookings may only be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly before 48 hours from the time of  your tour pickup.We may charge fees for any booking transfer. We reserve the right to cancel any tours in case of bad weather or for the safety passengers.

Privacy Policy

  • Bus Tours Charters takes right to Privacy very seriously. We will not disclose your personal information to any local or overseas recipient unless one of the following applies:

    The recipient is subject to a law or binding scheme substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles, including mechanisms for enforcement.
    You have consented to the disclosure after being expressly informed that Bus Tours Charters will not be taking reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the applicable privacy and data protection laws.
