Do you pick up from my Melbourne hotel?
Yes. Every tour includes pick-up and drop-off anywhere within 5 km of the Melbourne CBD, including hotels and the cruise terminal. Tell us your address when you enquire and we'll confirm your pick-up time.
Will we share the tour with other people?
No. Every tour is private, so it's only your group on board and you set the pace. Pick the tour, then choose your date and group size when you book.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before pick-up get a 50% refund, and within 24 hours the fare isn't refundable.
Are the tours suitable for kids and older travellers?
Absolutely, we're a family business and our itineraries can be tailored for families. Booster seats and baby capsules are free on request, and we have vehicles for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Let us know when you enquire.
Do you run private charters as well as tours?
Yes. We charter 1 to 21 seat vehicles with a professional driver for weddings, corporate groups, winery days, airport and cruise transfers anywhere in Victoria.
